We are a high volume auction business and, though we make great efforts to photograph damage above normal wear and tear based on the age and use of each item, we are simply not able to catch every flaw on every item. PICK UP:
Wednesday-Friday 10AM-5PM at 2514 Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC. ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED BY THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION AT 5PM. Help is typically available to load but not guaranteed. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping materials for smalls. We are happy to help load, but due to labor shortages you may have a significant wait if our assistance is needed in loading your vehicle. If you need to have things done quickly please bring enough help to load your own items.
SHIPPING:
Shipping available in house for small items. Packing fee (typically $5-$15 per BOX) plus actual insured shipping rate via FedEx. You will have two charges on your card - one for purchases and a second for shipping & handling. All invoices over $200 will be sent with Signature Confirmation - No Exceptions. We do not ship furniture in house, but will be happy to refer you to blanket wrap shipping vendors. Due to the size of this auction shipping may be delayed. If you are in a rush for your items we will be happy to drop them off at the local UPS store for you to coordinate shipping arrangements with them.
