PICKUP:
Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM at 2514 Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC. Help is typically available to load but not guaranteed. If you need help loading please give us a call or shoot us an email to ensure help is here. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping materials for smalls.
SHIPPING:
Shipping available in house for small items. Packing fee (typically $5-$15 per BOX) plus actual shipping rate via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You will have two charges on your card - one for purchases and a second for shipping & handling. We ship insured via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, whichever is most appropriate for your items. IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR SHIPPPING (SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, ETC) PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILS IN EMAIL. All invoices over $200 will be sent with Signature Confirmation - No Exceptions. We do not ship furniture in house, but will be happy to refer you to blanket wrap shipping vendors.
